Red = aaj hi test / refer ·
Yellow = test karo, 48-72 ghante mein review ·
Green = test ki zaroorat nahi, treat and watch.
🏥 Tier 1 → 2 → 3 sequence
Clinic mein abhi (BP, SpO2, glucometer, dipstick, ECG) → paas ke lab (CBC, LFT, KFT, urine, X-ray, USG) → referral level (CT, MRI, echo, endoscopy). Skip sirf red flag par.
✍️ "Write exactly this"
Requisition ki exact wording. Fasting kab, sample timing (troponin, dengue NS1 vs IgM), X-ray ka view, plain vs contrast, creatinine before contrast.
📋 Report says → You do
Report ki common lines aur unpe seedha action. Normal report ka matlab "kuch nahi" nahi hota: window period, kab repeat, kab aage badhein.
🚫 Ye tests band karo
Widal single sample, X-ray PNS for headache, sabko Vitamin D / B12, har joint pain pe RA factor, "full body checkup" packages… kyun galat hai aur iski jagah kya.
