• The refund amount will be the payment made minus applicable GST (18%).

2. Lifetime Access Clarification

• "Lifetime Access" or "Diamond Membership" refers to access for the duration that Clinical Guruji platform continues to operate as a business entity.
• This access is non-transferable and subject to the platform's continued operation.
• Clinical Guruji reserves the right to modify or update course content during this period.

3. Language Considerations

• Our courses are delivered primarily in Hindi-English mixed language (Hinglish).
• Course language is clearly mentioned in the course description.
• Language preference or inability to understand the course language will not be considered as grounds for a refund.
• Students are advised to watch sample videos and review course descriptions thoroughly before purchase.

4. Refund Process
