2. Initially I will keep these settings, then I will do an ABG
3. Based on ABG, I will change the settings to this
4. Now we can start weaning this patient, and change the mode to this.
5. Patient is doing well in this mode. Now we can extubate him.

You will learn the Modes, The Alarm settings and their meaning, How to troubleshoot the common problems on a ventilator

And For all this, All I will need from you is 8 hours. You will learn in those 8 hours what it took me 8 years to learn and what your batchmates still don’t know after years of working in the ICU
